    4. If you are not happy with the outcome of ADR, you can still bring court proceedings.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless the consumer is a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the consumer may bring proceedings in either Scotland or Northern Ireland as applicable.
